Featuring some of the most highly regarded brass players in the UK The Ensemble of the Golden Bough's highly anticipated debut album ‘British Folk Music for Brass Ensemble: The Land Without Music Vol. 1’ is now available.

‘Top notch playing of top notch new arrangements. A fantastic addition to the brass world!’

– Tom Poulson, Stockholm Chamber Brass, WorldBrass and Co-Principal Trumpet of Västerås Sinfonietta

The CD comes in a beautifully ornate digipack, rather than the standard jewel case, and many listeners choose to exhibit it on their coffee table, or outward facing on a bookshelf as a conversation piece, to display the stunning album art commissioned from Yorkshire based artist Mike Moore. The sleeve contains a 30 page booklet of liner notes with photos of the players, paintings and in depth articles on the composers and folk songs which can be heard on the album.
